Never Be Forgotten by Jasmine Hernandez
I’ve known Ucal since I was eight years old, and he soon became my and my younger brother’s Godfather. He was the most kindhearted person I ever met, and he never judged me. My favorite memory of Ucal is when we made a dance to N Sync’s song “Bye Bye Bye”. Those were the good old days.
When Ucal and Sue Sue found out I was pregnant, they told me that everything was going to be ok, and that if I needed anything that they would be there. The thing that hurts the most is that my baby will never get to meet the wonderful person that Ucal was. Now that he is gone, I’m determined to make the most out of life and be the best mom that I can to my one year old son, Jadiel. I am going to make that my son knows who Ucal was, and that he was the best Godfather, husband, brother, son, and friend. We love and miss you Ucal. You will never be forgotten because you hold a special spot in our hearts.
